Peace Love Agency was founded to bridge a critical gap in the staffing world: the need for an agency that genuinely cares about both its clients and its workers. Our founder, Dr. Erica Booker, started Peace Love Agency with a vision to bring peace of mind to employers and meaningful opportunities to professionals. As a doctor and an entrepreneur, Dr. Booker witnessed firsthand how staffing shortages can impact patient care and how difficult it can be for good workers to find the right job. In 2018, fueled by her passion for helping others, she launched Peace Love Agency to be a solution that serves both sides of the employment equation with heart and efficiency.

I launched Peace Love Agency with a clear mission: to raise the bar in healthcare, janitorial, and security staffing—by blending the professionalism of a large firm with the personal care of a family-run business.
My background in recruiting, career development, and supervision taught me something critical: people don’t just want a job—they want to feel seen, supported, and set up to succeed. That’s why at Peace Love Agency, we do more than just fill positions. We build careers.
Every candidate who walks through our doors undergoes a rigorous screening process: thorough background checks, in-depth interviews, and continuous training. But technical skills are only half the equation. I mentor our team personally, helping them grow in confidence, compassion, and character—so they can serve with excellence and empathy.
We also keep our doors open—literally and figuratively. Whether you’re a staff member or a client, your voice matters. Our open-door policy creates a culture where communication flows, problems get solved, and people feel valued.
