Upload your up-to-date resume, detailing your work experience and education. Don’t worry if your work history isn’t long – if you’re just starting out, include any training or volunteer work that shows your strengths. (Accepted formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx)

Credentials & Certifications

Upload copies or list any relevant credentials. For healthcare: nursing license (RN, LPN), CNA/STNA certification, CPR/BLS card, etc. For labor roles: any trade licenses, OSHA or safety certifications, equipment operator permits (forklift, for example), security guard license, etc. These help us verify your qualifications quickly and match you to roles that require those credentials.

Availability

Let us know when and how much you want to work. Are you seeking full-time, part-time, or per diem hours? Which shifts do you prefer (day, night, weekends)? If you’re open to travel assignments or relocating for work, mention that too. The more we know about your availability, the better we can find a schedule that suits you.
