Book a Consultation / Request Staff:

It all starts with a conversation. Reach out to us by filling out our Request Staff form or simply Book a Call to discuss your staffing needs. We offer a free initial consultation to assess what you’re looking for – the roles you need filled, the number of staff, qualifications required, shift schedules, location, and any other details. In this step, we listen carefully and ask the right questions. Our goal is to understand your business and workforce challenges inside and out. Whether you need one person or twenty, for one day or indefinitely, we’ll tailor our approach to you.

Customized Staffing Plan:

After the consultation, we get to work on a personalized staffing plan. We’ll assign you a dedicated account manager who becomes your main point of contact. This expert will outline how we intend to meet your needs – from tapping into our database of candidates to any additional recruiting for specialized roles. We confirm job descriptions, pay rates, start dates, and any compliance requirements (for example, nursing credentials or forklift certifications). At this stage, we’re aligning expectations and setting the foundation for success. You can consider us an extension of your HR team. We handle the legwork while you focus on your core operations.

Candidate Selection & Placement:

Depending on your preference, you can review resumes we send and choose whom to interview, or you can trust us to select and assign staff directly (many of our clients prefer us to handle the selection for temporary roles). We coordinate interviews if needed, or for immediate shift coverage, we match and dispatch the qualified staff to your site as per the agreed schedule. Peace Love Agency handles all placement logistics – confirming the person knows where to go, when to show up, who to report to, and what to bring. Follow-Up and Ongoing Support:

We also ask for any relevant credentials (for example, nursing license, STNA certification, OSHA training certificates, security guard license, etc.), your availability (which days/hours or shifts you prefer, or if you’re open to travel assignments), and the types of roles you’re seeking. Don’t worry if you’re not sure exactly where you fit – just give us an idea of your skills and interests, and we’ll explore options together. Once we receive your application, you’ll get a confirmation email that we have your details.

Personal Interview & Screening:

Next, our recruiting team reviews your information. We strive to contact applicants quickly – often within 1-2 business days. One of our friendly recruiters will reach out to schedule a personal interview, which can be done in-person or via phone/Zoom for your convenience. This isn’t a nerve-wracking interrogation – it’s a conversation for us to get to know you better. We’ll talk about your experience, what you’re looking for in your next job, your long-term goals, and what environments you thrive in. Feel free to ask us questions too; this is a two-way street. After the interview, we may verify your references or run any necessary background checks (with your consent) depending on the role requirements. Our screening process is thorough but also respectful – we value your time and privacy.

Matching You to Opportunities:

Now the exciting part – finding your perfect placement! Based on what we’ve learned about you, we search our current job openings and upcoming needs from our client companies. Peace Love Agency has opportunities across a wide range of settings: major hospitals, local clinics, construction sites, warehouses, corporate offices, event venues – you name it. We aim to match you with a role that fits your skill set, desired schedule, and location preferences. For example, if you’re an RN who loves travel, we might match you to a 13-week contract in a city you’ve wanted to explore. If you’re a warehouse worker looking for steady day shifts, we might place you at a distribution center in your area with a temp-to-hire arrangement. We will present you with one or more job options and explain the details of each (pay rate, assignment length, duties, company culture, etc.). You’ll have the chance to accept or decline an opportunity – our goal is to find a job you’re genuinely excited about.

Placement & Onboarding:

Once we’ve agreed on a placement that you want, we move forward with onboarding you into that role. Peace Love Agency handles the coordination with the employer – we’ll send them your profile or arrange an interview if they’d like to meet you first. Often, our clients trust us to make the decision, so you’re straightaway confirmed for the assignment. We’ll provide you with a clear job offer letter or assignment details including start date, work address, supervisor contact, dress code/PPE if needed, and any training or orientation info. Before your first day, we make sure you have everything required: for instance, for healthcare roles, we ensure all immunizations or facility credentials are up to date; for labor roles, we ensure you have any necessary tools or know if steel-toe boots are needed, etc. Our team is just a phone call away if you have last-minute questions before you start. On day one, we often check in to wish you luck and confirm you’ve arrived safely.

Ongoing Support & Next Steps:

Congratulations, you’re on the job! But our process doesn’t end there. Peace Love Agency remains by your side throughout your employment. We will touch base with you after your first shift/week to see how things are going. We want to know that you feel comfortable, and if the role is as expected. If you encounter any issues or the job isn’t quite right, we encourage you to communicate with us – we can liaise with the employer or make adjustments as needed. We also handle your timesheets and payroll for temp placements, ensuring you get paid accurately and on time (we offer direct deposit for convenience). As you continue working, we’re available 24/7 if you need anything – from scheduling questions to personal advice. When an assignment is coming to an end, we will proactively work on lining up your next opportunity if you want to continue working with us. Many of our associates move from one assignment to the next seamlessly, enjoying continuous employment.
